Since 2010 the Junior Patriots Baseball Club staffed Salvation Army bell ringing at multiple locations in our community during the Christmas Holiday season. Players, parents and siblings helped support the community outreach goals of the Jr. Patriot Program in this critical campaign for the Salvation Army. Junior Patriot coaches and parents helped coordinate the effort, with at least 26 sessions completed each year. Well over 100 hours of support time was logged each year as most sessions included 2 or more volunteers.
Thanks to Junior Patriot parents for supporting the players in this community outreach project.
The Junior Patriots Baseball Club played a significant role in the 2011 “Battle of the Bells” competition and helped Appleton East H.S. take home the prize!!!! Great job to all who helped out this year.
